More details have come to light on the naming rights deal that will change the name of the Berry Center’s football half to Cy Fair FCU Stadium.
Cy Fair ISD’s deal with the Cy Fair Federal Credit Union is worth $1.5 million over a 10 year span; CFFCU will pay a flat sum of $150,000 to the district each year over the next decade to keep their name on the venue.
The deal, if signed on time, would formally go into effect on July 1st of this year.
Press Box Room 5906 will also be renamed the Cy Fair FCU Hospitality Room.
In addition to the stadium name change and the CFFCU logo and moniker being place on the outer façade of the building, signage featuring the company name and logo will be placed at various points throughout the stadium. CFFCU will be responsible for paying to have the signs created.
