Graphics used on social media are by far our most popular ad bloc, with Game Recaps taking the cake. With a design that’s much more aesthetically pleasing than just plain text, their role of finalizing a game (everyone likes to see results the most), and the ability of social media to rapidly spread news by “retweets” or “shares,” these game recap graphics are seen by an average of 400,000-500,000 people per month overall, with each school garnering about 50,000-100,000 each after you combine individual schools playing each other. If the entire 12 school district is too large for the footprint you’re hoping to reach, we can break it down to where your branding would only appear on certain social media graphics involving specific schools.

Our second-most popular social media graphic is Player of the Game. Like our Game Recap graphics, Player of the Game graphics garner tons of “shares” and “retweets,” as this graphic focuses on a singular player. Friends, parents, and other family members typically spread this news like wildfire, as they want the greater public to recognize what their acquaintance has done on the field. While it’s a bit more specific of an audience than the Game Recap graphics, it still generates a great number of views. Again, if the large 12 school footprint that CFISD has is too big for your liking, we can also break this plan down into individual schools at your discretion.

The lowest tier of our social media graphics, Game Previews display the two schools playing, the location, and time the day of the game. While it doesn’t generate as many views as the others, there’s still some excitement built in, as consumers who are excited about the upcoming contest share it quite a bit in advance of the game. Again, as with our other graphics, we have the option to break things down by individual schools.

Website banner ads and links are our lowest-overall tier, and are the least interactive of our advertising options. Since we often use social media to push our brand, the website has slightly fewer visitors that Twitter and Facebook can produce, but still generate a lot of eyeballs thanks to content we publish there (and publicize through social media). Your logo and brand would get a block on our homepage and in a sidebar on the rest of the website. In addition to the imaging, we can also make it clickable to redirect viewers to your website or landing page with more information. Just like the social media graphics, the amount of visitors to the website varies depending on football season and the offseason period.

New for the 2019 football season, we’re offering an opportunity for a company to become our official title sponsor. Set on a first come, first serve basis, our title sponsor would get their branding along side all Varsity Wires branding, including logos, graphics, social media, print, and otherwise. Certain aspects of branding would also be presented as “Varsity Wires presented by (Company).” Due to its larger fee, year-round payment plans are available.


WHAT TO EXPECT / FAQs
Every advertiser will be presented with a Written Agreement Form, outlining the terms of the agreement including where branding will be placed, cost, and commitments required by both the advertiser and Varsity Wires. This agreement will also require signatures from both the advertiser and Varsity Wires representatives, and copies will be distributed to each party. Additional copies are available upon request.

We understand that some advertisers may want exclusivity to their particular industry (i.e., a realtor may want to be the only realty company to advertise as to get a leg-up on their competition). While we understand it from a business standpoint, we also recognize that closing the door on other options in an industry could cost Varsity Wires revenue as well. Therefore, we require a 15% Exclusivity Fee based off the month-to-month cost. This is purely on a first-come, first-serve basis and is completely optional. We prohibit breaking any existing agreements to enforce a new request for exclusivity.

Payment plans and discounts are available and negotiable when purchasing multiple months, even when not explicitly stated in the above plans.

In the event an advertiser wishes to terminate a long-term agreement, a $25 cancellation fee and 15% buyout will be required on the remaining term and balance if all requirements have been met by Varsity Wires. All other money except the fee and buyout will be refunded in full.

In the event an agreement is reached to advertise in the middle of a month, that month will be prorated to its current date.
